IFP to deliver relief packages & PPEs at Dalton Hostel

Tomorrow, Wednesday 6 May 2020, IFP President Hon. Velenkosini Hlabisa MPL and Members of the IFP National Executive Committee will deliver relief packages and protective equipment to residents of Dalton Hostel in Durban, KZN.

Dalton Hostel’s unemployment rate stands at 100% as reported recently and is severely underserviced in terms of access to dignified sanitation, clean drinking water and ablution facilities. The unfortunate living conditions are compounded by the overcrowding in the hostel.

Under the National Lockdown Regulations and the fight against the spread of Covid-19, the IFP’s leadership acting in the spirit of ubuntu/botho will meet with residents and handover temporary relief packages.
