IFP TO LAUNCH 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM CAMPAIGN: PIETERMARITZBURG

On Monday, 25 November 2019, IFP President Emeritus, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi MP and IFP President, Velenkosini Hlabisa MPL together with the IFP’s Women’s Brigade, National Executive Committee and all party structures will launch our 16 Days of Activism Campaign.

The IFP’s leadership – including MPs, MPLs, councillors and senior officials will sign a pledge in support of ending gender-based violence and committing themselves to the mission, vision and goals of the 16 Days of Activism Campaign.

South Africa is one of the most dangerous countries in the world for women and children to live in. Violence in our society is the symptom of deeper societal problems.

Together, we need to take a stand against violence against women and children.
