IFP to donate school shoes in Ladysmith

Tomorrow, 11 March 2021, the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) will be handing over school shoes in six schools in Ward 23, Matiwane, in Ladysmith under the uThukela District in the North of KwaZulu-Natal.

The IFP PR deployed Councillor, Mr Thobani Dlamini, recently conducted an oversight visit throughout the schools. He noted that some learners had been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and that some parents could not afford basic items for their children.

Therefore, the IFP has taken steps to assist, by donating school shoes to more than 50 underprivileged learners.

School shoes will be donated in the following schools, all in the Ward 23 Matiwane and Jononoskop areas:

School: Matiwaneskop Primary School
Time: 8:30am

School: Thembela High School
Time: 9:30am

School: Mangcengeza High School
Time: 10:30am

School: Nhlanganiso Primary School
Time: 11:30am

School: Cwembe Primary School
Time: 12:30-midday

School: Jonono Primary School
Time: 13:30pm
