As part of the 67minutes for Mandela, senior leaders of the Inkatha Freedom Party including Hon Narend Singh MP and Cllr Prem Iyir spent the morning preparing sandwiches and other breakfast items at the Domino Foundation in Mackeurtan Avenue, Durban North.

“We are here representing His Excellency Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, President of the IFP. We have identified with the Domino Foundation as we believe that, as a non-profit organisation it is very successful in providing for the needs of impoverished communities and vulnerable people across the city. Through its Babies’ Home, its Feeding Programme, Life Skills Programme and other such initiatives, this Foundation is providing relief to many vulnerable communities. We commend the management, staff and volunteers for their humanitarian efforts. Like the IFP, the Domino Foundation is here to serve the needs of our people and we are grateful for having been part of this Mandela Day initiative and thank all those who contributed towards its success”, said Mr Narend Singh MP.
