The IFP invites members of the media to join our President, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi MP, as he attends the following events this weekend.
On Saturday 18 June, Prince Buthelezi will be introducing His Majesty the King during a service of the Church of the Holy Ghost in Hammarsdale. The Church celebrates its centenary anniversary and the completion of a multi-million Rand temple. Church members from across Southern Africa will gather in celebration.

On Saturday night, Prince Buthelezi will support the Durban International Film Festival by attending a screening of “To Skin a Cat”. This documentary highlights the cause of replacing leopard skins as a cultural accoutrement, with fake furs, in a bid to protect our leopard population. As a long-time conservationist, Prince Buthelezi has given his support to this cause and was interviewed in the making of the film.

On Sunday morning, 19 June, at the invitation of the Indian Consulate in Durban, Prince Buthelezi joins a mass Yoga demonstration in celebration of the International Day of Yoga. The intention is to highlight the benefits of Yoga to the body and mind, in promoting the health of all South Africans.
