The Inkatha Freedom Party conveys its deepest condolences to the families of the victims who perished in a plane crash which occurred when a Namibian medical emergency plane crashed in Durbanville near Cape Town on Sunday morning, killing all five on onboard.
IFP spokesperson on Transport, Hon KP Sithole, MP said, “The crash of the E-Med Rescue 24 plane is a tragedy and we wish to offer our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the bereaved families and friends on this untimely loss of lives”.
“We call for thorough investigations into the cause of the crash as well as reasons as to why the plane was put into holding flight pattern before being granted permission to land at Cape Town International Airport. We also want the Minister of Transport, Hon Dipuo Peters to conduct special investigation on this crash as we suspect a scandal behind this”, concluded Hon Sithole.
