The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), as a member of the Democrat Union of Africa (DUA), has the pleasure of announcing that DUA, in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) will host the Ghanaian President, His Excellency, Dr Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in Johannesburg at the end of April.

DUA is an alliance of centre-right political parties in Africa.

DUA met in November 2022 in Abidjan in the Ivory Coast, where it elected its new leadership.

DUA under its new leadership will now convene a Conference in Johannesburg to chart the way forward in consolidating and expanding its programmes, vision, and mission on the African continent.

The Ghanaian President will deliver the opening address to the Conference.

Other speakers will include the IFP President, Hon. Velenkosini Hlabisa MPL, and Dr Holger Dix, Head of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Regional Programme, Political Dialogue Sub-Saharan Africa (PolDiSSA).
