IFP: All the Best to Matric 2018

Oct 16, 2018 | Press Releases

The Inkatha Freedom Party in KwaZulu Natal takes this opportunity to wish 2018 Grade 12s good luck in their exams that officially commenced yesterday. The party would like to remind the learners that this is a crucial time to give their best shot as their performance will have an impact on their future career choices.

The IFP acknowledges the dedication of all teachers who have managed to overcome all circumstances that could have prevented them from educating learners. We hope that their efforts will yield positive results by further improving on last year’s pass rate of 72.8%. KwaZulu Natal had the country’s largest improvement in matric results as the pass rate increased from 66.4% in 2016 to 72.8% in 2017. We hope they will do even better than the 2017 class.

We urge the communities and parents to offer all necessary support and words of encouragement to the learners as children are mirrors, they reflect back to us all we say and do. Principles of making success a habit will guarantee the best results for all.

Goodluck. Make us proud.
