IFP National Policy Conference 2023 – We Are Ready to Serve South Africa

Dec 14, 2023 | Press Releases

The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), following the end of our very successful National Policy Conference which was held on the 12 – 13 December 2023 in Empangeni, looks forward to the next phase in our 2024 campaign.

This would include the utilisation of the adopted policies in shaping our Manifesto, which we will take to the people of South Africa in next year’s National and Provincial Elections.

The IFP emerges from this conference stronger, more decisive, and poised for impactful action as we head into the new year. We are ready to govern, we are ready to serve, and we are ready to move our country forward.

The IFP’s policies which were all unanimously adopted, fortified party unity, and solidified our stance on key issues which we believe speak to the bread-and-butter issues of our people. We believe that South Africa can trust us, to get our country back to work.

The IFP’s policy offer is coupled with servant leaders who are honest and hold the highest degree of integrity.

We extend our gratitude to the Party Leadership and all delegates who formed part of the policy commissions, and we appreciate the cordial way delegates robustly engaged with all our policies. The past few days have certainly cultivated a sense of shared purpose among all our members.

The contributions made by all experts, subject specialists, and all-party members from KZN, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, and the Free State provinces are greatly appreciated.

The IFP also expresses our sincere appreciation to all members of the media whose coverage played a pivotal role in bringing the details of our policy conference to the public’s attention.

Over the coming weeks, we will upload executive summaries and full policy documents to our website.
