IFP Sends Condolences To Family Of The Khanyile Sisters Who Were Killed By Lightning

Oct 6, 2015 | Press Releases

The Inkatha Freedom Party sends heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Sindi (22) and Zandile (31) who were killed during a lightning storm yesterday.

“The Khanyile sisters who resided in the Wobhu area of Ezibonvini, Ward 3 had recently become members of the IFP and we saw great potential in them. This is a terrible tragedy that has befallen the residents of uMshwathi near Pietermaritzburg. The loss of such young lives is tragic and untimely. We pray for their family and friends and hope that such a tragedy will not befall any community again. This is indeed a dark day for the community of uMshwathi. To lose loved ones is never easy to bear and this double tragedy must be very stressful and difficult to cope with”, said

IFP National Chairman, Mr Blessed Gwala, MPL.
