IFP Sends Message of Support to Xolani Gwala of Talk Radio 702

The Inkatha Freedom Party is saddened to hear that Mr Xolani Gwala of Talk Radio 702 has been diagnosed with colon cancer.

“It is extremely brave of Xolani Gwala to talk about this extremely personal issue which he describes as being at an advanced stage. By sharing his feelings so openly, he is giving hope to others who might be experiencing similar health challenges.
We know him to be a consummate professional in the media industry who always questions, challenges and seeks the truth. It is these qualities that will give him the strength to overcome his ailment and be back doing what he does best,” said IFP National Chairman, Mr Blessed Gwala MPL.

“Xolani Gwala is a household name and his incisive take on topical issues has earned him the respect of listeners in many parts of the country. He is blessed with a sharp mind that keeps him on the cutting edge of media in South Africa. We are confident that with support from his family, friends and with appropriate medical care he will enjoy good health again. Our prayers are with him for a full recovery,” concluded Mr Gwala.
