IFP Thanks Nkandla Ward 4 Voters for Trusting the IFP

Sep 12, 2024 | Press Releases

The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) expresses its sincere gratitude to the voters of Nkandla Ward 4 for their continued trust in the IFP during the recent by-election.

The IFP is proud to announce that we have retained the ward with an overwhelming victory, once again affirming the party’s strong presence and support in the area.

The IFP won the by-election with a total of 1,057 votes, compared to ANC’s 132 votes and MK Party’s 779 votes. This victory is not only a testament to the trust the people have in the IFP’s leadership, but also a clear message that Nkandla residents believe in the IFP’s ability to deliver meaningful service and strong governance.

Despite competition from the MK Party, led by Mr. Jacob Zuma – who hails from Nkandla – and the ANC, the people of Ward 4 have demonstrated that the IFP is their party of choice, committed to addressing their needs and working towards a better future.

We would like to assure the people of Ward 4 that the IFP will continue to stand by you, delivering the services and governance you deserve.

Their support strengthens our resolve to lead with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to improving the lives of all residents.

Once again, we thank the people of Nkandla for their confidence in the IFP, and we look forward to serving you with honour and dedication.
