The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) and the Sithole Family wish to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the people of South Africa for the overwhelming outpouring of kindness, comfort, and support during this difficult time, as we come to terms with the tragic loss of our beloved Member of Parliament, party stalwart, and family man, Hon. Khethamabala Petros “KP” Sithole.
After consultation with the family, the IFP wishes to announce the following:
The Memorial Service will be held as follows: Thursday, 05 June 2025 at 15H00 at the Germiston Civic Centre, Ekurhuleni.
The Funeral Service will take place as follows:
Sunday, 8 June 2025, at 09H00 at the Sithole Homestead in Qhudeni, Nkandla (Ward 8).
The President of the IFP, Hon. Velenkosini Hlabisa MP, will deliver a eulogy in honour of his fellow comrade, brother, and long-serving member and leader of the IFP.
We also take this opportunity to sincerely thank the South African Police Service (SAPS), for their unwavering commitment and tireless efforts as they continue to work diligently in the pursuit of justice for Hon. KP Sithole.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
