Statement on the IFPYB National Chairperson Cde Sanele Zondo

On 21 August 2024, the IFP announced that IFPYB National Chairperson Comrade Sanele Zondo MP was being placed on special leave.

On 02 December 2024, Hon Siphosethu Ngcobo MP, IFP Secretary – General, gave the progress report which clarified the personal matters between Cde Sanele Zondo and his wife, Mrs Simenyiwe Dlomo-Zondo. The NEC accepted the report.

Accordingly, Cde Zondo will return to all his official duties in the IFPYB with immediate effect.

The IFP thanks Cde Mlungisi Mabaso, the IFPYB National Secretary, for holding the fort during the special leave period of Cde Zondo.
